According to a statement from the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency regarding the release of the upgraded ENERGY STAR Portfolio Manager tool, which was originally scheduled for July 10, is being postponed to allow EPA to conduct additional checks to verify correct and complete data migration.
The new tool will now be released on Wednesday July 17, 2013.
According to the statement, “We are excited to let you know that the new Portfolio Manager tool is fully functional and all data and account records have been migrated over from the old tool. However, our first priority continues to be ensuring that the tens of millions of data points contained within Portfolio Manager’s 70,000 active accounts have been migrated correctly and completely by the time of launch. To that end, EPA has decided to postpone the release for one week. We appreciate your understanding and sincerely apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.”
