First Capital Realty lists 30 green development projects underway for LEED certification

First Capital Realty, owner, developer and operator of supermarket-anchored neighbourhood and community shopping centres located predominantly in growing metropolitan areas, today announced a list of 30 development projects currently underway, or in the planning stages of development that are being built according to LEED (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) certification standards.
