Devimco Immobilier and the Fonds immobilier de solidarité FTQ have launched L’Hexagone 2, a new residential rental project in Montréal’s Griffintown.
Part of the District Griffin project, L’Hexagone 2 offers many advantages, including an unbeatable location. Located at the corner of Smith and Murray Streets, in the Griffintown neighbourhood, the project features views of downtown Montréal, Old Montréal, the St. Lawrence River and the Lachine Canal. In terms of transportation, buses are located nearby, while BIXI bike sharing stations are within walking distance of the project. There will also be easy access to the Bonaventure and Ville-Marie expressways, and to the Champlain Bridge.

The 22-storey project is situated on a 28,000 ft2 lot next to L’Hexagone (1), which offers 257 apartments over 15 floors. L’Hexagone 2 will offer 320 studios, 1-, 2- and 3-bedroom units; 22,500 ft2 of commercial space on the ground floor; 167 indoor parking spaces and common spaces, including a large lobby, a lounge, an outdoor pool and a spacious terrace; 24/7 security; and property management by Cogir immobilier.
Forming a part of District Griffin, the building recently broke ground and will be ready for occupancy in spring 2019.
