Coordinated international marketing push for British Columbia real estate launches in London UK September 19th

British Columbia’s best real estate is being showcased to international investors at The Property Investor Show in London, UK 19-21 September by, created to market British Columbia real estate to a worldwide audience, is showcasing developments in BC regions ranging from Vancouver Island to Cranbrook. Show organizers expect 13,000 real estate investors to attend.

As BCP’s Gerry Quirke says, “Our research shows that there is fragmentation and a lack of coordination in the way BC real estate is marketed internationally. Most developers do not carry out any international marketing at all and others understandably find it expensive on a company by company basis because it involves considerable management time, marketing and travel costs. By contrast, real estate on the east coast of Canada is heavily promoted in Europe and the rest of the world.”

The campaign will tell the world about British Columbia real estate through international property shows, advertising and public relations activity in the international press, but showcase only the development and services of its members. As well as London UK, the company is planning to promote BC real estate at investor shows in Moscow, Dubai, Oman, Singapore, Hong Kong, Kuala Lumpur, Amsterdam and Bahrain.
