Cityscape USA will feature over 100 exhibitions from top real estate leaders, including Nakheel PJSC (UAE), the Tourism Development & Investment Company (TDIC), Larsen & Toubro (India) and the Panamanian Ministry of Economics and Finance (Panama). The exhibition takes place September 10-11 at the Jacob Javits Convention Center in New York City and will showcase investment opportunities in emerging and U.S. markets.
Nakheel, an exhibitor and Cityscape USA’s investment sponsor, is one of the world’s largest real estate developers. Their exhibition will highlight landmark developments such as CityCenter in Las Vegas and Fontainbleau in Miami.
Abu Dhabi’s leader in tourism asset development, TDIC, will be touting their various development projects at Cityscape USA including the 27 square kilometer Saadiyat Island, located just 500 meters off the shore of Abu Dhabi. Also exhibiting is Larsen and Toubro (L&T), which is one of the largest companies in India’s private sector. L&T has executed major development projects in emerging markets through projects within the technology, engineering, construction and manufacturing sectors. Their flagship project, L&T Seawoods, is one of the most important real estate investments in the financial capital of India, Navi Mumbai.
Running alongside the exhibition, the Cityscape USA conference will address issues critical to cross-border real estate investment and development. Some of the biggest names in global real estate will be participating including Apollo Real Estate, Marcus & Millichap Real Estate Investment Services, U.S. Steel and Carnegie Pension Fund, Blackstone, Barclays Capital, and Allianz Real Estate.
