Great Gulf wins Best New Home award for the Ascot at King Oaks

The Canadian Home Builders’ Association’s (CHBA) National SAM Awards recently held in Whistler, British Columbia recognized Great Gulf in the New Home Awards category for Best Single Detached Home over 2,200 square feet. The awards were presented during the CHBA National Conference with builders from across Canada.

“We are absolutely delighted to be recognized in this category for the Ascot at King Oaks in King City.  We teamed with acclaimed interior designer Brian Gluckstein to create a home that provides the perfect balance of elegance and luxury. Creating fine homes that complement their neighbourhoods, has become a Great Gulf trademark. The mission and trademark along with the incredible efforts of our staff make Great Gulf an award-winning builder,” said Great Gulf president, Residential, Christopher Wein.

The CHBA National SAM Awards honour outstanding achievement by new home builders, renovators, and developers, and by their marketing teams. An independent panel of judges selected from across the country presided over the competition.
