BILD rebrands home show to focus on renovations

Recently acquired by the Building Industry and Land Development Association (BILD), the 2015 GTA Home + Reno Show in February will now be directing its primary focus on the lucrative home renovation sector.

A survey of the visitors at the 2014 Show found that 74 per cent are planning a renovation within the year, a major reason behind BILD’s decision to feature renovations at the 2015 Show. “We’re highlighting renovations in a big way. With Toronto’s RenoMark-designated companies, we can offer GTA residents comfort that they will find a quality home improvement partner committed to the renovation-specific RenoMark code of conduct at the Show,” said said Bryan Tuckey, president and CEO of BILD.

BILD, which also recently acquired The National Home Show and The Fall Home Show, revealed that their survey found the crossover attendance for the Shows to be very small, and as such, exhibitors can rest assured that they’ll be reaching a different set of qualified attendees at all three Shows.
