
VAUGHAN, ON, Dec. 7, 2012 /CNW/ - Tru Tech Doors a leading manufacturer
of steel and fiberglass doors, decorative glass, entry systems and
steel frames announced today that James B. Wilson has resigned from his
position as Chief Financial Officer to accept the position of Chief
Operating Officer (C.O.O) with Tru Tech Doors. In his new role Mr.
Wilson will report directly to Mr. John Careri President, CEO of Tru
Tech Corporation.

Over the past three years Mr. Wilson has been successful in implementing
best practices throughout the organization in areas of Finance,
Operations, and Information Technology. Mr. Wilson will be responsible
for the overall day to day activities of Tru Tech Corporation and
oversee both our Canadian and US operations along with our Sales team.
