Media advisory - First LEED certified building in Kirkland


KIRKLAND, QC, Nov. 28, 2012 /CNW Telbec/ - CONSTRUCTION BROCCOLINI invites media representatives to the official groundbreaking ceremony of a new $ 75M office complex in Kirkland. This new project includes the renovation of existing office space and the construction of a new building on TransCanada Highway. MERCK CANADA will be the main tenant, occupying approximately 70% of the space. The complex should be completed by the end of 2013 and could offer up to 300,000 square feet. In addition, the building will be built according to the highest environmental standards and will obtain a «Leed Certification», a first for the city of Kirkland.

The ceremony will take place on November 30th in the presence of John Meaney, Mayor of Kirkland, Cyril Schiever, President and Managing Director, Merck Canada and Roger Plamondon, Vice-president of Broccolini.
